At FunLiv, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost, FunLiv will cover all return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

4. Changed Your Mind?

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is your responsibility, and approved refunds are issued minus a 20% restocking fee.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.

6. Restocking Fees
