What is your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

For non-defective returns, a 20% restocking fee applies and customers are responsible for return shipping.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, with return shipping covered where applicable.

First Team FanStand outdoor bleachers offer durable, safe, and affordable spectator seating with anodized aluminum planks and a robust steel understructure. Custom color options and a Lifetime Limited Warranty are available.

  • 9 5/8" x 1 3/4" anodized aluminum seat and foot planks
  • Single or double foot planks; lengths up to 21'
  • All welded steel understructure with black powder coat
  • 2" x 4" treated wood runners for support
  • Custom colored planks available upon request
  • Upper seat level below 30"; meets 2002 IBC guidelines
