What is your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

For non-defective returns, a 20% restocking fee applies and customers are responsible for return shipping.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, with return shipping covered where applicable.

The FAT-HS is a full-suspension fat tire electric bike designed for off-road riding, trail use, and mixed-terrain commuting. It features a mid-drive motor system, wide 26" fat tires, and a dual-battery capable setup for extended riding range.
