We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with most orders processing within 1–2 business days and arriving in approximately 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email, and all shipments are insured against loss or damage. At FunLiv, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

For approved returns, return shipping is covered by FunLiv.

If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost, FunLiv will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

4. Changed Your Mind?

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds for change-of-mind returns are issued minus a 20% restocking fee, in accordance with our policy.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.

6. Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated during the return process. See our policy.
